As a high performance rackmount quad Opteron server for the HPCCs (High Performance Computer Cluster) and EPICs (Explicitly Parallel Instruction Computing) the Stonehaven A484 provides all the needed power, storage and able to handle memory intensive projects.

This ideal 4U server delivers all the needed power and high performance required for an HPC environment. Optimized with quad AMD Opteron processors up to 2.4GHz with 1MB of cache and delivers the utmost computing power available with a 950W triple redundant power supply, but still runs ultra cool with hot-swappable fans and a superb CPU cooling system.  This Stonehaven is able to handle memory intensive projects with 2GB of DDR400 memory included and can be expanded to up to 32GB, and dual Gigabit LAN comes standard.

The Stonehaven A484T quad Opteron SATA server includes are 8 hot-swappable SATA disk drives that astoundingly can deliver over 3.2TB of storage space.  As a SCSI Opteron solution the Stonehaven A484S quad Opteron SCSI server can support up to 2.4TBs of SCSI storage capacity.
