This is a 1U rackmount server is outfitted with a pair of Intel Xeon quad-core processors up to 3.2-GHz CPUs with a 1600Mhz FSB, 4GB of ECC RAM, and a redundant 650W power supply. With this setup you install up to 64GB of RAM in the massive bank of 8 DIMM slots and as many as four SAS or SATA hard drives set up in RAID 5 and or RAID 6 configuration. There are plenty of available expansion slots to choose from: two x8 PCIe, one x8 PCIe LP.

The Stirling 129 Intel® Xeon® Quad-Core server, brings innovation, lower power consumption and the highest performing processors available, the Quad-Core (Harpertown) 5400 Series processors. This server can also be designed to utilize the price conscious 5000 series dual-core Xeon processors.

New advancements and features to the 5400 series Quad-Core Intel Xeon Processor include; 45nm fabrication, 12MB L2 cache per core and up to 1600MHz FSB system. The Stirling 129 delivers up to three times the memory bandwidth and four times the capacity with Fully Buffered DIMM memory.
