| DESCRIPTION:
Designed for linear applications in the 1.0 to 2.0 GHz frequency range. This amplifier utilizes Class A linear power devices that provide excellent linearity, high gain, and wide dynamic range. High efficiency operation is achieved by employing a unique broadband microstrip network and advanced GaAs FET devices. Designed for high reliability with such features as built in voltage-regulated bias supply, over-temperature shutdown, reverse voltage protection, custom-machined housing and many heavy-duty components. Each unit undergoes burn-in prior to final test and Q/A.
