| DESCRIPTION:
Designed for linear applications in the PCS frequency range. This amplifier utilizes linear power devices that provide excellent linearity, high gain, and wide dynamic range. High efficiency operation is achieved by employing unique microstrip networks and advanced GaAs FET devices. Designed for high reliability with such features as built in voltage-regulated bias supply, EMI/RFI filters, custom-machined housing and heavy-duty components. Each unit undergoes extensive burn-in prior to final test and Q/A.
